What is SolidWorks?

SolidWorks is a powerful computer-aided design (CAD) software that is widely used by engineers, designers, and manufacturers to create 3D models, simulations, and technical drawings. It is known for its user-friendly interface, broad functionality, and advanced capabilities for modeling, simulation, and visualization. It is developed by Dassault Systèmes.

My SolidWorks gallery:

Regarding the course, it was only 6 weeks long, so there was a lot to learn when starting from scratch.

I think that this Solidworks course was very good, there were many useful exercises, but I won't include them here since there isn't much to see in those simple parts.

This Steam Engine exercise was particularly valuable. It involved modeling around 50 parts, followed by assembling the engine. I gained a lot of knowledge while working on it. Finally I rendered images with Solidworks Visualize.

Well, it is just a simple bench, nothing more really.
